If You’re Not Home
If delivery fails, our courier will leave a card with instructions to reschedule delivery or collect from a nearby depot.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
