Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all orders delivered within Ireland.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in Ireland only.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on all orders, with tracking included.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing time: 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday) after your order is placed.
• Delivery time: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Total estimated delivery time: 4–7 working days.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number and link. You can also follow your order on our Track Your Order page. If you have not received tracking information within 2 working days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos. Please keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.

Address changes

To change your delivery address, email us before your order is dispatched. After dispatch, we can no longer change the address.
